# CentralDesk

> CentralDesk is an all-in-one platform for Amazon sellers and the agencies that manage them: Seller Central support, PPC/advertising automation, sales and Brand Analytics reporting, catalog and listing-health monitoring, and an MCP server that lets an AI assistant query a seller's or agency's Amazon data directly.

CentralDesk is built and operated by Parker-Lambert. It serves individual Amazon sellers directly, and agencies managing a portfolio of seller accounts.

## MCP Server

CentralDesk exposes an MCP server over HTTP/JSON-RPC 2.0 at `https://centraldesk.io/app/mcp`, authenticated with OAuth 2.1 (Dynamic Client Registration and PKCE; authorization-code and refresh-token grants). Discovery metadata is published at the standard locations:

A seller's connection scopes every tool call to that one seller account. An agency's connection scopes to every seller account the agency manages -- call `list_accounts` first to get each `account_id`, then pass it to `get_account_info` and other account-scoped tools.

The server exposes dozens of tools spanning account info, product catalog and listing health, support tickets, advertising performance and campaign control, sales and ASIN-level reporting, Search Query Performance, and automation activity. Call `get_server_info` first on any new connection: it takes no arguments and returns the current build version, last-deployed timestamp, total tool count, and the authoritative live list of every tool name, since the tool set grows over time and this list is more current than any static description of it.
