Terms and Conditions

Last updated: May 9, 2026. These terms apply to all users of CentralDesk.

1. About CentralDesk

CentralDesk is a service operated by Parker-Lambert, a California company. We provide Amazon sellers with a support ticket system and product catalog monitoring tools. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when signing up. CentralDesk uses passwordless sign-in via email links and Google OAuth — there is no password to manage.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CentralDesk. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

CentralDesk is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. All prices are in US dollars.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated: you will receive a credit for unused time on your current plan and be charged for the remainder of the billing period on your new plan.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Parker-Lambert does not store your payment card details. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

If a payment fails, we will retry it and notify you by email. Accounts with failed payments may be restricted until payment is resolved.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for invited users. Trial accounts have access to a modified version of the Basic plan for the duration of the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will become read-only unless you upgrade to a paid plan. No credit card is required to start a trial.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page in your portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then and will not be charged again.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data. Your ticket history, catalog, and account information are retained after cancellation. If you would like your account and all associated data permanently deleted, please email us at hello@centraldesk.io with a deletion request. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If your account is cancelled or deactivated, we retain your data for up to 12 months to allow for reactivation, after which it may be deleted in the ordinary course of our operations.

To request immediate and complete deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@centraldesk.io. Please include the email address associated with your account and the words "data deletion request" in the subject line.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CentralDesk to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. The Service

We will make reasonable efforts to keep CentralDesk available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the service at any time, with or without notice, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

CentralDesk connects you with virtual assistant services for Amazon Seller Central support. We do not guarantee specific outcomes on any Amazon case, ticket, or dispute. Results depend on Amazon's own policies and processes, which are outside our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials within the CentralDesk platform are the property of Parker-Lambert or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you upload or submit, including ASINs, product information, and ticket content. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store and process that data in order to provide the service to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Parker-Lambert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CentralDesk, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

CentralDesk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in your portal. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
