5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If your subscription is cancelled, your data is retained for up to 12 months to allow for reactivation.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your data. If you would like your account and all associated data permanently deleted, please email hello@centraldesk.io with "data deletion request" in the subject line and include the email address on your account. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed tokens for authentication, and access controls that limit which team members can access user data. No system is perfectly secure; if you become aware of a security issue, please report it to hello@centraldesk.io.

7. Cookies and Tracking

CentralDesk uses session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Google Analytics cookies are set on public pages only and are not active when you are signed into your account.

8. Your Rights (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to:
